Let’s maximize the food storage with ample cabinets and counter space.” While paraphrased, this young couple knew exactly what they wanted; so, we pulled out all the stops on this popular style. This 4 bed, 3.5 bath farmhouse is a dream for a growing family with loads of work and play space for all ages. The 3-car garage is extended to fit large trucks and a respectable boat. The upstairs is a kid’s haven with a jack-n-jill bath, private vanities, and access to 3 bonus spaces covered in windows. The main level offers an open plan for entertaining, dining, and cooking. Everything is built-in from dog bowls with a designated pot-filler, fireplace shelving, a bar in the dining space, and a mini grocery door from the garage directly to the pantry.
