A “simple house” for “simple people” is what this unique client requested. The Camp Hill Getaway was an unusual project - ARD wasn’t involved until after the plumbing was set and the concrete was poured into the hill side. Although unusual in origin, and with pre-purchased materials, the vision by these clients made a pile of puzzle pieces come together. This home is truly a reflection of their happy-go-lucky nature and love for the outdoors. On 50 acres, the views can’t be beat and the fun never ends outside or inside with 3 beds/3.5 baths.
